Château Renard is one of Dodane's most sought-after cuvées: a single-vineyard Chardonnay from Arbois, grown on classic Jura marl and limestone soils and vinified in the ouillé style. The 2022 vintage is a wine of remarkable depth and structure, built to age but impossible to resist now.

100% Chardonnay from a single site in Arbois, hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts. Aged in neutral oak under an ouillé regime to preserve freshness over oxidative character. Ripe pear, white peach, citrus peel, almond and hazelnut on the nose, with a generous, textured palate, vibrant acidity and a long saline finish. A natural match for Comté, roast poultry, lobster or creamy mushroom dishes.
