Munjebel Bianco is a field blend of indigenous Sicilian varieties including Grecanico Dorato, Carricante and Coda di Volpe, grown at high altitude on the northern slopes of Etna. The grapes are fermented with native yeasts, receive a short period of skin contact and are aged gently to preserve the purity and mineral identity of the site.

A powerful yet elegant white, the 2022 vintage shows aromas of dried apricot, ginger, fennel, citrus peel, white flowers and crushed volcanic stones. The palate is rich and textured, with a beautiful balance of weight, freshness and saline minerality, finishing with remarkable length and precision.
