A stunning single-vineyard expression of Friulano from one of Friuli’s most respected artisan producers. I Clivi is dedicated to organic farming and traditional winemaking, producing wines that showcase the purity, elegance and mineral character of the region’s historic vineyards.

Made from 100% Friulano from the historic San Lorenzo vineyard on Monte Quarin, planted with around 80-year-old vines on the famous ponca soils of marl and sandstone. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees, building texture and complexity while preserving the freshness and precision of the variety.

The 2023 vintage shows delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, fresh herbs, green apple and the classic almond character of Friulano. The palate is elegant and layered, with bright acidity, subtle richness, saline minerality and a long, savoury finish.

A beautiful example of why Friulano remains one of Italy’s most distinctive white grapes: refined, food-friendly and deeply connected to its place of origin.
