Quince, crisp apple, pear and citrus sit over Chenin’s naturally bright acidity, while extended time on solids gives the wine texture and a more vinous feel. Fresh and energetic but not simple, with a dry, savoury edge that keeps you coming back. A seriously good aperitif and one of the most interesting Australian sparklings at this price.
