The Mosse family are one of the defining names of natural wine in the Loire Valley. Agnès and René Mosse established their domaine in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay in Anjou in the late 1990s, and today their sons Sylvestre and Joseph continue the work, producing vibrant, expressive wines with an unmistakable sense of place and personality.

Magic of Juju is their wonderfully fresh négoce white, and the 2025 is a blend of 40% Chenin Blanc, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc were aged for six months in old 228-litre barrels, while the Chenin spent the same period in stainless steel before the final blend was assembled and bottled.

The result is bright and energetic, combining fresh citrus and orchard fruit with a more savoury, mineral character. Chenin brings texture and backbone, Sauvignon Blanc provides freshness and lift, while Chardonnay rounds out the palate.

At just 11.5% alcohol, this is wonderfully light on its feet, finishing with a distinctive saline, mineral quality that makes it particularly refreshing. A brilliant Loire white for the warmer months and one of the most immediately drinkable wines in the Mosse range.
