Univers is a remarkable expression of Palomino, made from old vines growing on the luminous albariza soils of the Marco de Jerez. Rather than following the traditional fortified-wine route, Muchada-Léclapart allows Palomino to speak in its pure, unfortified form, revealing just how much complexity and character this historic grape can possess.

The 2023 vintage offers a beautifully fresh and energetic expression of the wine. Salty citrus, preserved lemon and orchard fruit meet delicate herbal and floral notes, while the unmistakable chalky character of albariza runs through the palate.
